Unlike many other companines, we do not ask our clients to supply materials, nor do we ask them to sign any type of "Contract". All clients of Ultimate Cleaning retain the right to discontinue services, or add services as they see fit.

 Here is a brief over-view of our pricing. All cleaning cost's vary, but we hope this will help.

Remember, all phone, e-mail, or on site estimates are FREE!

All first time clients are charged an hourly rate of $22.50 per hour, per person. (This includes ALL supplies that will be needed to complete the tasks).

Example: If two "team members" come to clean your home and it takes them two (2) hours to complete all tasks, your bill will read as followed:

You're being billed for four (4) hours of cleaning. The total amount due is: $90.00

All of our REGULAR clients (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) are on a set rate, which does not change unless special requests are made, which would take a more time than the "regular" services they're signed up for.

3BD/2B Homes (1500-2000 sq. ft.) average: Weekly ($45), Bi-Weekly ($56.25), and Monthly ($67.50)

4BD/3B Homes (2100-4000 sq. ft.) average: Weekly ($56.25), Bi-Weekly ($67.50), and Monthly ($78.75)

All first time clients are asked to have a Deep Cleaning done on the first visit. As always, our clients have the right to have or not to have the Deep Cleaning done.

If you do opt to have the Deep Cleaning, this means, EVERYTHING in your home or office will be cleaned in one shot. If you opt not to have the Deep Cleaning on the first visit, we will do our best to get EVERYTHING done in the amount of time you've been booked for. (Deep Cleanings generally take about twice as long as General cleanings).
